Streamlining healthcare for women

Research Process
Working with the owner, staff and patients, we began locating the main pain points of each party and what they believed needed to be fixed. We explored patient/doctor experiences, different needs and wants and the community we were catering to with this potential fix. I conducted in person interviews, and collected more data through surveys and diary studies, which uncovered key insights:
The importance that cultural differences have on the user's needs and how that impacts their experience.
The importance of a true, personal connection to the doctor and staff in order to feel safe
The importance of accessible, inclusive design elements with each user's need in mind.
